Is it all the wheels that lock up? I'm by no means an expert mechanic but looking at other peoples cars they have a brake compensator to shift more braking force to the front wheels under heavy braking could this be the answer? If I go as far as bringing this up as a vague suggestion I'm sure someone who actually knows about it will post and say whether this makes a difference or not.
