I’ve got a feeling this is just a sensor that has been put in to plug the coolant drain as the oil sensor on mine is carb side up and the the rear of the engine.

Hi thanks for the help. The sensor is located….. as you look at your image you can see a bolt just up and slightly to the left of the lower whole. This is where my rogue sensor is?

Good evening all, I’m nee here so I’m sure this will be question one of many! thank you in advance I have recently bought an exmo with a 2.0 pinto and on the drivers side to the rear (bulkhead end) of the engine I have a sensor that’s unplugged, as far as I’m aware the oil pressure sensor is N/S towards the back next to the pcv valve so any ideas what this rogue sensor is please? I can upload a pic tomorrow to clarify location. Its next to exhaust manifold about halfway down the block. My Haynes says oil pressure but I thought that was N/S?? Thanks James.
