2b Engine Bay Room?

Last pic is a series 3 so less room in the engine bay than a 2b or superspec... Seems you might want to go for the high exhaust coming out of the bonnet & stick the charger underneath as Nigel suggests...

My engine isn't pretty.

Looks pretty damned good to me! Hopefully see you at Newark this weekend, would be good to see another zetec car for comparison.

thanks for all the info guys, and mine is a Blacktop zetec.

I think that a custom exhaust manifold higher up and mayb swap the alternator to the other side. Either way i think there should be room.

I will get some pics once i have the engine all back and built.

is that a water pump on the front? (exhaust side)

No, its just an idler pulley added after to keep belt tension.
