I have a 32/36m DGAV, on a GasFlowed 2.0i head, on a 205 enigne block, std cast Iron Exhaust manifold, and std cam.

When I got the carb there was no info from what it actually came from, so the jets are not known.

Has anyone had a similar engine spec rolloing road tuned, if so what was the outcome, and what jets were decided on.

Im not sure if the engine will run well without the correct jets and tubes, so would be very grateful to anyone who can help me out.. :o

Any help would be most appreciated.

Tak, start with standard settings I doubt if they will be far out. The cortina used 137 primary main jet, 127 secondary and 170 primary air correction, 125 secondary, 45 primary idle and 60 secondary and was fine on my std. 2l. The Sierra had different settings they will be in the haynes book but I think they were more equal for each choke, probably better for emissions.

Peter. :)
