Whenever i have problem w/ ebay that they blatantly should be cleaning up, but are not, i simply write one more note, patiently explaining the problem one more time, and simply cc the CEO of the company. She has publicized her her email address, has encouraged emails for just this type of problem, says that she reads her email personally, and it seems to get results.
