Any body offer any advice? I'm keen to fit an aeroscreen (deflector type rather than brooklands) rather than windscreen, wipers, heaters etc.

Is there anyone out there supplying something suitable for a 2B or am I resigned to DIY?????

Any help much appreciated.

hi mat

i bought a (westfield ) aeroscreen from ebay it was chancey that it would fit ,

it didnt , it was to wide i bit the bullet and cut it in half and kept cutting till it fitted ,

as i had cut it i decided that this was the time to include a deflector for the interior mirror ,

found a mini moto seat that had roughley the right outline and grafted that in the centre (or part of it )

sent it of for paint ,sorted !

regards graham

Mat. Please look at my profile or page 10 of profile gallery. It shows my 2B with an aeroscreen fitted. Its homemade (not by me) and may suit your needs. I have promised another 2B'er a drawing. it's made from 4mm polycarbonate or Plexiglass. I can do likewise if you give me your address etc.

Maybe if I get enough orders I could get a sheet or two and Knock a few up (so to speak) at a reasonable cost !!!

All contributions greatfully received! I'll probably run with the gts tunning option thankyou ... this is exactly what I've been looking for but had been unable to find one myself designed for a flat scuttle!

Ocne again many thanks, M.

i can see it covers the holes where the demisters should go.

what about the washer/wiper holes

cheers

I bought a couple of stainless blanking grommets at a show, SS disc with a thread welded on the back, rubber washer & a wing nut, hide the wiper holes & look OK

yes i like them..

any idea who you got them from..

sorry to copy all you good sources..

Can't remember the name of the stand, but I think they specialise in Mini bitz, they have lots of small Lin Bins of bits, I also bought some captive nuts on plates for the lower seat belt mounts & my lad bought a cheap steering wheel, they also had lots of coured nylon suspesion bushes. They're at all the shows.

Sorry I can't be more help
