Petrol Filler Pipe

Hi all, have fitted petrol tank & decided to mount RH locking cap in top panel of boot--Q1 how does cap lock to RH neck. Q2 what size does the neck need reducing too for unleaded. Q3 where does the tank vent come from & go to. there is no spare outlet on the tank & I'm not going to cut/shut the Sierra fuel pipe as I want all that expensive juice going broom-broom not drip-drip-bang.
