Master Cylinder

Hello All.

I have had a problem with my present master cylinder leaking between it's end and the servo. It is one of the old style ones. I intend to fit one of the new style ones(see picture),but the connections come out in different places.

Can anyone tell me which outlets connect to where please. Or does it matter?

As you've labelled them

A - RH caliper (offside)

B - LH caliper

C - Rear brakes

Hi Piddy, it might be worth just fitting a new seal kit to your old one if you can get it. I recently replaced mine which is the same setup as the picture as it was leaking at the back where it joins the servo, and also where the reservoir plugs in.

Thanks for your suggestion , I had thought this but the servo is badly damaged by the fluid burning the paint off it.

And the servo from the new system doesn't fit my old Master cylinder.

I fitted the new style one today with out any real problems

I took it for a test run and it rained :boohoo:
