Bright 6

I'm trying to decide whether to fit a Bright6 or the individual lamps which came with my shiny new GDB(ETB) dials. :D

I took delivery of a Bright6 today but am now confused about the lamps it provides. ie. it only has main beam, no fog. Do I need a fog-on lamp for MOT/SVA?

Any ideas?

Ed

Yes, Indicators, Hazards, Rear fog and brake fluid level tell tail lights are compulsory. All others are at your discretion.

Hi Ed

All that you need to do is to fit a rocker type switch with inbuilt warning light when on to cover the rear fog light, The brake fluid low level can be wired to the Bright 6 unit that is for the hand brake & fluid level.

I used the Bright6 to do everything but the rear fog light ( used the rear wiper conection on the stalks as a fog light switch and put a seperate light on the dash - needs to have correct symbol on it )
