Great day out, it did get rained off at about 4.30 but what can you expect?

So much more to do at the Pod than there used to be. The VW club were there

in huge numbers.

We got there just in time for the rain to start!

 

Real shame as my little 6 year old Nephew was really looking forward to it. He tried to come down from Cheshire last year only to sit on a closed M6 for 4 hours before having to turn round & go home again!

 

Oh Well, maybe next year!............

Nope, we learnt a lesson from last year and parked right by the gates, warm the car up and on the open road 5 minutes later!
