Seats For A Series 3a Monocoque

I have sort of promised my Cobra 7 look-a-likes to Gavinc as i want some seats with removable headrests so i can use the tonneau cover.

The trouble with the S3 is the very narrow passenger side.

I like the look of the Classic CS but it looks like only the Cub will fit, who has fitted what to there Monocoques?

The Richfield seats look pretty narrow with headrests too.

Not cheap though, and intatrim do some very narrow ones, but not sure if they do any with removeable headrests.

 

Other than that you could get your tonneau altered to have pockets for the tops of your seats and probably for a lot less than the cost of new seats.

I can vouch for the quality of the Richfield RX777G but at the price they should be (£450 + vat a pair with headrests and 1 set runners nearly £520 with vat and thats the basic vinyl )

I use Intatrim Odyssey's - link. No removable headrests though!

I think i may have to do a trial fit at the next show.

The removable headrest seats will also add to my retro look.

Leather flying helmet and mustache next, i think not.
