Wing Mirrors & Hood Combo

Looking for suggestions as to what side mirrors to use and where is best to put them on the car when using wet weather gear?

ive just used Bike mirrors 10 pounds each from mandp.com like these

They arent the best mirror surface but they passed SVA and look nice just simple black. Mine are in front of the windscreen pillar on the scuttle curve so there is no probs with fouling doors but i havent got any doors to know whether i can still see them when they are on. But i cant see that it will be a problem as they stick out quite far. hth
