If you haven't seen it, V3.2 of IVA is at

www.transportoffice.gov.uk/iva-manuals

Price is still not fixed. Draft price was £540, but is still under discussion.

Seat heights have been dropped from 800mm above ref point to 700mm above ref point to top of headrest (if part of seat)

Requirement dropped for headrest to be part of seat - it can now be seperate but top must still be at least 700mm above ref point.

Pipes/silencers can be external.
