Header Tank

Recently had problems with the car cutting out after a hard 30 mins or so and one of the firms mechanics thought it could be fuel vaporisation in the manifold.

A small bulb lit above my head,

the ally rocker cover has been getting absolutelly stinking hot lately,

the radiator top is below the water intake hole in the inlet manifold,

Probably have air in the heater matrix bypass pipe that now goes directly from the pump to the inlet manifold.

So i need to fit a header tank.

I have been given an ally one that has top and bottom feeds of about 30mm and a plastic one from a galaxy with a main bottom pipe of 15mm a pressure cap bypass of 10mm and an overflow of 5mm.

Is it a simple case of spliting the 16mm hose to the manifold and using a T piece or is there another way?

Show me a diagram of where the best place to tap in to the system is and i will get right on it.

Thanks
