I took a leisurely day fitting mine to my exmo.

Initial install was about a day but 5 years on I am still fiddleing with it.

 

I am still unable to get the second roof support to fit owt like decent.

I did the initial fit a few weeks back guided by Rusty in a bit less than a day.

I had saved fitting the screen so I could get distance and angle correct, you definately need 2 or more people.

The windscreen angle, side screed position and hood fit are all interlinked, with care you can get a realy excellent fit.

I work as a kitchen and bathroom fitter.

 

When someone asks me how long a job will take I reply:

 

"As long as it takes to do the job properly......."

 

I am applying that to the rebuild of my hood too

 

Maybe I am just an old plodder

i took a couple of days to get the drilling of holes etc exactly where i wanted.

I looked, I Tried it for size, and I gave up first time. Maybe I will get a second wind and have another go before the summer ends lol, Well done Paul bet Glyn was kept busy.. Jan
