but I should get 10%discount, weekdays seem better for me all about the cost but with plenty of notice gives everyone time to save up, swap shifts or in my case lose weight to turn into lean and steamlined machine after my poor showing on Sunday haha!!

This seemed to be popular so maybe we could turn it a bit more regular because it will be hard to find a date this time that everyone can attend this one time, I have basically put a tally chart onto excel and the availability and I only have Steve Knaggs and Chris's Brother to give me an answer

But the most popular date is

Sunday 23rd with 15 people saying they can do that date (since weekend maybe could combine it with run out in kit cars or something afterwards!)

Sat 22nd had 13 people saying yes was next popular

Go karting booked in for Sunday 23rd but they wanted a 20 quid deposit from everyone in 48 hours!!! to which I responded not a chance would be impossible as we are so widely spread so am hoping they can make a consession for us, if I had a spare 400 quid I would of paid up but I def don't! So hope we get a bit of time extension on that

I am awaiting a confirmation from Steve Knaggs, Christophers younger brother also Sophie is too young so thats a shame.

 

So i'll collect a 20 deposit from everyone on Wednesday who is going to Church Mouse, as you only need a min of 14 to book in, does anyone live close by that could drop it off cuz its a canny hike from Ashington?

 

Thats 15 def's, and 3 (as keith isn't sure)if they can def make it!

So if anyone wants to bring some people along maybe 3/4 extra people (no one too good haha) then bring a deposit on Wednesday and we'll arrange from there. Max is 22 I think so if ya can think of anyone then more the merrier,
