im now also looking for zetec manifold i might try and cut up my pinto pipes and seee if i can make them work and just get the flange off ebay oly £18

Hi Guys a few of us are having exhaust manifolds made which I hope will be finished by the end of the week. The ones for Zero are the same as a lightweight and GDC has kindly leant me his for a pattern as for us 2B boys the fabricator is going to tack weld one together for us to try as they are wider and ounce it is all ok continue. As per previous thread about this he will only manufacture from mild steel (don,t know what grade but sample looked prety good and flange was twice the thickness) as stainless cracks and if you have to IVA they are louder. I have not chased him up as the weather conditions are affecting everyone at the moment if you would like any further info pm me with your details and I will foward them on to him but remember the more he can make as a batch the better. Hope to have news soon.Kev

>Doddy. You may do better selling the Pinto pipes rather than chopping. They are getting rare as they are not being sold by RH any more.

I want a new 'Hood, rather an old one that is registered but needs attention.

 

If anyone knows of one for sale please let me know......................

I still have this manifold for sale if anyone is interested, looking for £50 ono plus postage which to UK Mainland I would guess at about a tenner :D
