Nuts & Bolts

Hi All.

 

Looks like i might get the engine in my Zero this weekend, yiippeee!!

 

I just need to get the engine and gearbox together.

 

What size nuts and/ or bolts are needed to mate a pinto to a type 9? Do they need to be high tensile?

No they dont, 8.8 will do fine

Thanks Chris, any idea how long and how thick they need to be.

I think they are M10 (17mm heads) and as for length about 15mm longer than the thickness of the bell housing flange for those going into block and I seem to think there are some that require nuts but I may be wrong as I play with that many different engines I tend to forget until I get started then it all comes back again (it's an age thing )
