Sliding Pillar Fitting

Hi all,

I have removed one side of my Sliding pillar suspention and in doing so notice a few parts that need replacing, As i stipped it down i suddently thought to myself i have got to put this back together. Has anyone got a diagram of how the sliding pillars peice together??

 

when i remove the other side i plan to document where everything goes but thought i could save some time if this has been done before.

If you have the original videos it's covered on them twice as he modified the way they went together. Think the second (modified way) is on the last video.
