Can anyone help (beer tokens waiting at the ready) I need some diff spacers making up and would be gratefull if somebody can help?????

 

Please let me know and I can get dimensions to you etc!!!

Ok, if no body else will ask what is a diff spacer?

 

I know you shim the engagement, but where, I thought you may take out shims from under those big castle like nuts rings so the crown wheel fully seats in the pinion or the take off (planet set) engages with the Crown wheel.

 

Any offers?

I think the zero is made to take the bigger diff.

 

So the smaller one needs packing out to sit in the centre of the chassis.

 

So a more professional / neater way is to turn up some ally spacers, or use lots of washers?
