quick update I've given up on kit spares, tried several times Mon, Weds, Fri of last week and again yesterday.

 

Just spoken to company called Boston Radiator services. They are doing me a custom twin core for 90 quid delivered which is less than the coolman one, and should bolt straight in.

 

They can apparently fully custom build them so outlets can be different sizes and angled etc which could be pretty handy for other kit cars too.

 

They've aimed for delivery on Friday, so I'll let you know how it goes over the weekend...

Fitted rad over weekend, taken it for a drive and now doesn't get over about 93 deg C. Can't recommend Boston Rads enough well worth a call if anyone needs an uprated radiator.
