Does anyone know of a good web site (and by good i mean free) that can tell you what your cars worth and whether it has been an insurance right off,nicked etc?

For valuation I use what car free online etc as 4 other info I had an hpi check done once but that usually costs

I don't believe that there are any that won't charge if you are after the vehicle's history. As it all originates from the DVLA (who charge for everything) these companies will obviously charge you, plus a little bit on top. Each has to make some kind of profit.

 

If there are any, it would be nice to know!

 

Years ago you walked into the local cop shop and they checked it for you. That is slightly illegal now, oh how times change!
