Hazard Warning Switch Help Please

I've got a #PBHAZ hazawrd switch from Car Builder Solutions which I've built into my dashboard. Can someone translate the wireing diagram shown in their catalogue as I can't follow it at all. I'm using the original Sierra electronic flasher relay so I need the translation of the bottom wiring diagram. Here's a link to the CBS catalogue its on page 65

Hi

 

the diagram is missing the link to the indicators.

 

Add the wires from terminal 10 and 1 from the diagram above.

Thanks for the reply, but I need where every wire needs to go spelt out in words of one sylabil or less! Such is my car electrics knowledge. And sorry it wasn't meant to be an ad for CBS, here is the picture from their catalogue.
