First outline done

 

Both sides and wheels done

 

Frame together

 

Base and slats in place (ish!)

 

Need to locate and bolt wheels on (look beter with big bolts!)

 

Think I gone wrong somewhere with my Exmo?

That looks great

I'm just glad my lads are now old enough to make their own should they want one for Christmas.

Only one suggestion :

You need another sixteen thick MDF circles to increase the tread width - if you also produced 12 discs slightly smaller in thinner (6mm) MDF you could have three grooved tyres.

Good idea, but shed loads of work! I'll think about that though, might give me an excuse to buy a rotozip kit

Well I didn't change the wheels as I had a major restriction on width in the room - finished article :-

 

(sides painted and front wheels on)
