Engine Water Temp

I'm going to fit electric water cooling fan to my Sub-k. It's standard 2.0L.

I have a temp switch which will switch on at 100c and switch off at 95c. Personaly I think that these temps are a bit on the high side. What do you think.

Thanks again.

Sound too high to me Lindsay, it depends also where the switch is fitted. Mine is in the bottom of the rad and switches on at around 75° and I don't have problems. I used to have an 85° one but sometimes it seemed as it was too late by the time the fan switched in. My Local Radiator man advised that the returning water temp shouldn't really be any higher than 80°
