Speaking To Iva Test Engineers

Hi,

 

I’m sure I have read here and elsewhere that it is possible to speak to a test engineer at one’s local VOSA test centre but I can’t figure out how to arrange this.

 

I can’t find a local phone number (for Gillingham) and when I tried to go through the central enquiries number I was told you can’t speak to test engineers, they are too busy.

 

Can someone who has spoken to a local test engineer tell me how to arrange it?

I've been there a few times and spoken to Andy, just turned up, explained I am building a kit car and could i speak to one of the inspectors.

Andy was very helpful.

I rang the central number and asked to be transfered to the test station as I had a query I needed to talk to the examiner about.the first time I did it he was busy but he rang me back and I have called since on the same basis.
