Anyway I think if you are going to Le Mans to watch proper racing you might be a bit disappointed Where else do the last laps become a stroll round to get the cars in formation?

Nah if you want some proper racing get yourself down to the local club meetings now they try 110% all the time, even the last lap.

Le Mans for me would just be a socialising thing like a "Kit Car Show" with some foreign food thrown in

But imagine the poor buggers who are there all week they have to put put up with Ant who is there the whole time

chris the cost of it is very high and had to be booked when we booked the holiday,not sure what it is in dollers but in our money its£465 for 5 hot laps a lunch and a dvd of the day including in car footage,when i get back il try and convert it to mpeg and post it on a site to link to,i must say the first part of the day is the saftey stuff followed by a a driven session by a so called profesional,il see if i can scare the s**t out out of him

I'd doubt that - NASCAR - Just concentrate on keeping the front end facing forward

Repeat until sleep takes over - Yawn....

 

Le Mans = Watch start, get bladdered, watch finish - result !
