hi all

i'm doing the finishing touches to my 2b after a wishbone conversion and was after some second opinions on wether it'd be ok to chop a chassis tube out

you see on the right hand side of the picture there is the tube that runs across the chassis right at the front.

now that the car has two extra bits of box section holding the front together would it be ok to remove this original tube?

I only ask as i'm fitting a bigger radiator, intercooler and oil cooler so I need the space really!

thoughts?

cheers, steve
