2lt Pinto Bottom End Required

Hi, has anyone got in the back of thier garage,or the shed a good 2 lt block complete with pump and crank ect, can be standard or what ever as long as it works okay, I have found that what was sold to me as a 2lt pinto complete, that came with my car is in fact a 1600 engine :gdit:

 

I have the head and top end with FR32 cam in, and was wondering if this would fit the 2lt block, it is a big valve head?.

 

This will be a stop gap till I can fit the Vauxhall I have, wasnt expecting to do it till spring next year.

I have a complete engine (2.0lt pinto) sat in my garage for sale (was a spare but changing to vauxhall power).

 

I'm after £100 for it, but I live in bucks.

I have a 2l block assy in my garage, bought it as a 2.1 but it isn't. Bores seem fine not sure about the bottom end. Yours for a Pint but it is a long way from you Dave.

thanks chaps, will hang on if you dont mind, see if anyone has one local first, will keep you in mind, really cheesed off with the chap who sold me the exmo, never thought to check the engine, took him at his word. :angry: :gdit:

Hopefully sorted, bought a 2100 pinto today complete for £55.00.
