I had several problems when posting, certain keys would not work unless pressed twice, in particular the space bar. Added rhocar to compatibility view and all problems now seem sorted. Still using IE.

IE 11? I see no end of web sites and applications that seem to have issues with IE11.

 

As you have found, the fix is compatibility view or roll back to IE10.
