Omex Overun.. What's Yours Set At?

After getting my car back from a some what unfinished set up on the dyno my overun was set at 22500rpm, I've lowered it to 1600 now and still sounds like a gun when you come off the revs and worst of all it's at it's loudest in built up areas when I'm driving with a level of caution.

How low is your omex set? Also what load do you have set?

 

Blacktop with gsxr ITB's by the way.
