2B Windscreen ,glass,surrounds And Supports.

As title , ive changed to a taller set up so this is up for grabs.

it has frame glass and side supports.

was sealed to the car so will want cleaning off and painting in my opinion.

 

ideally cant post as its fragile.

but I live in Barnsley and travel to worksop and long eaton for work so can meet up .

 

£50 ono.

 

supports alone new are over 30 .

Hi,

I am interested in this as my screen frame no longer fits around the glass bottom edge since I had the cracked screen replaced. Not sure what you mean by 'sealed to the car' , was the lower part of the surround sealed to the bonnet/scuttle by silicon or similar instead of the usual rubber seal? Also it looks like the frame has hood fittings along the top , is this right. Thanks for your help.

yes on both accounts. its the one in my pic above.

 

has some press studs for my hood , and was siliconed on instead on the rubber seal

Hi , Further to my previous messages, was the lower part of the screen surround (the bit siliconed to the scuttle) held to the upper part by screws in each corner so when the glass was fitted and the lower moulding screwed on it made a rigid frame with the glass? Hope you know what I am talking about as its a bit difficult to describe. Some pics might be useful, just want to make sure it's what I want before travelling a fair distance.
