What Speedo Connection To Use

Just removed my type 9 box and pinto ready for the jag engine and box.

 

What's the simplest way of connecting a new separate speedo system.....will be keeping smiths style classic gauges, but no doubt need to change them to suit.

 

Driveshaft mounted sensors ?

 

Any links or suggestions from the masses

What gearbox will you use Dave ? . Maybe direct drive/signal from that. signalor Smith's will supply one with the magnets and pick up from drive shaft or prop flange

Going to be using the Jag gear box Mitch, not sure what the jag uses for a feed as I don't have it yet.

 

I figured the sensor and magnet would be the simplest method and a new clock to match
