you should be able to have it all on one map, when Dale at Bailey Performance mapped my engine he sorted out al the power side first then set about the cruising mapping which just involved holding the car at set speeds ie 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70mph and tuning the speed sites within the map for thoses speeds to 15 AFR or very slightly lean. These sites are only touched when holding a constant speed and when you're giving it some stick and going through the gears the map visits a whole different set of sites where the fuelling is all about power.
