Tested car last night all ok. Loaded up this am and set off early to beat the rain, got 1 junction down the m1 and the brake pedal is on the floor :( :( Unless 2 m/c are faulty it must be calipers.. there is no fluid loss just constant air getting in the system.

Good one Mower man.

Boiling fluid would be worth while investigating.

Just a thought have you double checked fluid level, 3 years ago i fitted a new clutch plate into my 2b took itout for a test run 1/2mile up the road NO brakes, what i had done when fitting the clutch i had jacked up the gear box to get the engine out and unknownly crushed the brake pipe in the tunnel only a small amount of brake fluid came out but enough to stop the bakes working the only thing i noticed was a drip of fluid under the car
