4 Speed Box Codes

I got a 4 speed box just need to no what codes mean they are 83e1ba fog3d11f they are on a tag bolted to the box then these are on the box housing lk 82 g24625 28.

And also how do I check ratio of box

The tag will give you the ratios but I don't know how to read them.
