I took delivery of my car lift last Friday only to find a few issues, 1 motor connection box cracked, 2 scuffed sticker on ramp. I emailed them monday approx 1230pm with the issues 10mins later they ring me. They are sending out required parts and sticker no issue no question..... highly recommend them www.automotech.co.uk
