Front Wings

Hi all,

I'm a new owner of a semi-completed RH 2B, and looking for some advice.

I have teardrop (assume that's what they are called) wings fitted with a single bolt through the grp. However, there is typical spider cracking on both wings. It looks like this has been caused by the vibration and flexing of the wings, any suggestions on stopping this as I'm going to respray them both and don't want the same happening again.

Thanks.

if you have long wing type that's what I did, bonded a bar with 2 bolts in it under the wing with fiber glass and bolted it to the bracket

If you've not bonded them on yet, consider changing to cycle wings. The long wings are a pain when you want / need to work in the engine bay, and are prone to making the front of the car light at speed.
