ST170 onto Type 9 Gearbox in MK Indy

Hi guys I am in the process of building an St170 for my MK. At present it has a 1.8 Zetec and type 9 box  and am looking at swapping out the engine once I have rebuilt it. What considerations do I need to think about with reference mating the 2 together

No issues mating together. But be aware the ST170 uses different engine mounts and because the water pump rotates a different direction you will need an extra idler pulley from Retro ford.
