Any advice please..

 

I need to change the rear shocks and springs on my S7. I have early Cortina model with seperate springs and shocks.

 

Anyway previous springs had gone soft. I have removed and measured and they are about half an inch shorter than they should be (if standard).

 

Question really is what spring rating would be best? Burton power will supply springs and standard springs are 380 lbs, although they also do some 234 lbs. I can't go lower and I need standard height MkiV, which are the longest, as my ride height is extremely low anyway.

 

Any suggestions appreciated.
