He's just amended the ebay advert, adding

THIS IS FINE FOR OFF ROAD OR TRACK USE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS WITH REGARDS REGISTRATION ETC. FOR THE ROAD."

 

and removed the reference to the other kit car/V5/number plate etc.
