Mat,

I just use engine oil in a small plastic container with a spout ( originally hair colourant I think) or 3 in 1 - which ever is closest to hand.

I got cutting oil from a local engineering hardware store...its made by Dormer and the quantity is around 1/3litre...

 

Its quite sticky but any oil would probably do just as good. I can drill the stainless chassis with normal HSS drill bits now :)

I use fairy liquid. I find it's sorter on my skin! Seriously though, it works a treat. Just watch out for the bubbles the first time you drive in the rain.
