Yes, although it wasn't a full lap. The "lap" of the current ring doesn't include the long straight. The timing starts when you go under the bridge (on the main straight, before the pit lane on the game, after the turnstiles where you join the track in real life) and ends as you go under the gantry at the beginning of the main straight. GT4 separates sectors at these points so if you care enough you can calculate your time by adding the relevant sector times.

I've got a video of that lap in the Radical (mate got it off the internet, don't know where), and yes it is very quick. I've also got a video of Derek Bell doing it in (I think) a Porsche 917, and that's substantially quicker than the Radical.

In real life I've done it in about 15-18 minutes (forgot to start the stop watch at the beginning, actually you're not even allowed to time your lap) in a 1.8 Mondeo estate.
