Wanted Custom Plate

I need a plate making to fit my etb fuel sender into my tank.

 

Basically i need a round plate 90mm diameter with a concentric 40mm hole in the middle.

 

So basically looks like a doughtnut

 

Probably out of something like 2/3mm ally

 

Can anyone help out.

you could cut that with a hole saw, jog saw or chain drilling. Alternatively lazerman would be able to knock one out easily.

I assume you meant a 40mm bore? Pmsl....

Was just thinking we were getting in to the realms of Dr Whos Tardis, a 400mm hole in a 90mm piece of plate , hippy trippy times......................

@ grim,i know i could use hole saws but i dont have the correct size.and never get a good finish on something round with a jig saw imo
