has anyone any suggestions on how to get a radius edge onto either the 4into 1 exhaust as supplied by RH or onto the RH exhaust heat protector.

 

also do you need to fit the heat protector for sva.

The 4 into 1 should already have enough of a radius on the edge. Its made of 38mm and 50mm tube!

 

We didn't fit the heat protector. We put snap on edge trim round each end of the silencer and used an SVA friendly exhaust clamp. Passed by our tester and his examiner fine, though I have heard some testers fail people on the snap on edge trim because its not heat resistant enough. To be fair they are right, ours has melted in places.
