Four years gestation is a long 'pregnancy' and living does get in the way now and again. What makes you post this now? Do you need the cash and can't get any elsewhere, bearing in mind it won't repay what you have spent on it? In which case sell it. Are you sure you just don't want it anymore? Sell it. Do you not have the time now and can't see a future when you will? Sell it.

 

Presumably last time you worked on it you still wanted it. Is there any need to decide today or can you close the door on it and I don't mean keep thinking I should be out there doing a bit and stressing but make a positive choice to do nothing with it for a few weeks/months and not feel guilty about it. Then decide in the future when you know the new shape of your life. Maybe the right choice for you is to sell, who can decide except you, but there's nothing to lose in taking as much time as you need and then some to make sure.
