Talking of Scottish motorways here's what happened to me on the M9 yesterday

 

 

My son recons the truck coming towards you is being towed

You can tell by how low the front bumper is... either that or it's a very fat trucker...

Surely this trucker is doing "Something" wrong.

I mean the one doing the towing,

Is he allowed in the fast lane with a dirty great load like that?

Surely he should have some sort of trailerboard on,

Either that or disguise the front of the lorry being towed so it does not scare the living daylights out of the following traffic

Yep I reckon that's being towed alright. I think you can see the rear wing mirrors of the recovery truck.

 

Yes, it can be in the offside lane of a dual carriageway (wouldn't be allowed in lane 3 of a motorway)

 

Yes, it should be displaying a trailer plate for the recovery vehicle.

 

However, it could be that the other three vehicles in the picture are travelling the wrong way
