That stuff sounds interesting Tom.... how thick is it?

 

[Polypropylene will not glue/stick/bond/adhere very well unless you use quite specialised adhesives, so it will need to be screwed/bolted/riveted.... if it helps... ;) ]

Nearly there now! I have added a trim strip running around the top of the rear panel, made from a 3" strip of leather cloth, folded around some thick wire. It hides the top edge of the rear panel, which could be seen at the sides, and gives the impression that the whole thing is a pop on cover.

 

I've just got to make the two infill pieces to fill the gaps at the base of the roll bar stays and that's it all finished at last! :rolleyes:
