This engineering approach has gone too far. Its going to weigh more than a Hummer. Start lowering the quality or think about fitting a V8.

Polished alloy or stainless? I thought he might leave the hole to let some hot air out.

Polished Alloy.... [Although it didn't polish very well.... too soft a grade of Ali I think! ]

 

I did mention to Tom that we could Modify that one or make another with some mesh fitted in the surrounding area to add a bit of ventilation and to make it look a bit more 'purposeful' [to quote the great RS of RHSC]... it also would look a lot less like it was just covering a gert big hole in the side!

Yes, top idea jaffer, could do that. Im getting some more bonnet side vents to cool it down aswell
