How on earth can a Sliding Pillar 2b legally get a current reg? The regs, as just mentioned, specifically state that ONE component reconditioned to "as new" WITH AN INVOICE TO PROVE will result in a current reg. Well - how about the "modded" Sierra uprights for the pillock set-up? I suppose they could be bought new, then cut about but the whole thing sounds dodgy to me. Can we honestly believe that everything bar one major component was bought new - with receipts? Mmmmmm....
